Only stayed one night for business. Room was clean, modern and quite large. Bed was comfortable.

Well located, but crowded and without amenities in the room

I arrived early for a business meeeting and was welcomed quite aggresively that a check-in is at 2pm (I know that but I’m not scheduling my business meeting around that duh, and it’s absolutely customary to arrive early and leave baggage, I didn’t even ask about my room…). I had to ask to leave luggage, was not offered. Rooms were spacious but without water and kettles. It was nice that there was water and coffee machine at the reception. The breakfast was crowded and the space could be better organized, people were walking right above my head. The recepction area could also be better organized in terms of space, what’s the point of a coffee machine if there is no adequate seating space to drink it (the bar was closed)? I loved the location and how spacious the room was but the customer service was better in other Accor hotels I stayed in. I am a silver member and was not offered a longer check-out or a welcome drink, in fact the reception didn’t acknowledge it all.
