I’ve checked out on Wed morning is Saturday and the team did not send my folio via email. At check out staff insisted in sendig via email instead of giving a printed copy. I’ve asked via email and called de hotel two times. Haven’t heard back from anybody. Extremely frustrating situation for business travelers

Loved the location, service was impeccable, amazing breakfast, only downside was the gym, it didn’t have enough machines and weights.
