Staff are very welcoming as soon as we get there. We stated for 2 nights and even if we didn’t want our room to be cleaned, staff left a bag of towels at our door. Schubert at the breakfast area is my favorite! He made sure that we have what we need. He talks to all of his guests and made sure we’re full and having a good experience.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were ready on arrival. Bathrooms were bright and modern. Beds changed after first nights stay. Location was great! If I were to return to Amsterdam, I would definitely consider staying here again!

It was great located as we were at walking distance from all activities but I was room was located on the front and could easily hear the tram. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was average.
