Honestly, it felt nice being there. Nothing critical to be mentioned from my side, everything met my expectations. The room was well placed, it was comfortable resting inside. Most importantly, I am impressed by the spacing, with all the rooms being fairly distanced from each other. It’s not like this everywhere, so cannot be more thankful for the effort being made to make it like this to ensure minimal sound transmission between rooms. The treatment from the reception was also good, with my request being efficiently handled by having the toothpaste and toothbrush immediately prepared for taking after asking for it on the phone.

As member of the loyalty Accor limitless program, I was offered at the check-in the option of not having any cleaning services which I appreciate. Good idea to offer loyalty points in exchange of a sustainable decision from the customer. Despite of the fact that I used the door hanger I received at the desk, my room was tidied-up and every used towel was replaced. And the door hanger disappeared after day 1. Disappointing.
