Hotel was located in a mostly good location. It’s right off a busy road so that wasn’t the greatest. Parking is expensive. They also didn’t change the sheets when there was a stain.

Arrived at checkin at about 14:10, but checkin was set to 15:00. I was not able to just drop my luggage and come back later. But I had to register for ALL partner program. After coming home I tried to delete my account over there, but there is no direct functionality for that. I dropped an email but no reply yet. During booking I was informed that breakfast would be included. But on checkin I was informed it wasn't. Based on that price was way too high.

The hotel is either new or recently renovated. It’s pretty much immaculate. Rooms are pretty small but more than adequate. The staff were unfailingly polite and happy to help. Reception is staffed full-time, and both they, and the staff of The Flave, the house bar, are happy to suggest places to go and do. Food and drink at The Flave were varied and excellent. Highly recommended!
