The hotel is in a very convenient location, near to the main train station, S-bahn and U-bahn stations. There is a nice park in the neighbourhood and a lot of shops and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful, the room clean. The weak point was breakfast - rather limited choice, especially when you are vegetarian (not even mentioning vegan).

Perfect location, rooms are very modern and clean. I like that they serve paninis and drinks 24/7. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent as well but a bit pricey. I stayed here for a metal festival and had no problems getting to and from the event. I drove here and parked in the garage with designated female parking for safety which made me happy. The pillows are a bit small and only 1 per guest. Overall it was a great pick and I would stay here again.

The first week was not satisfactory- no housekeeping for most days except when requested at concierge. Week 2 was better where there’s daily room service. Hygiene wise is ok. Bar was good.
