The team of sofitel front desk was really nice and helpful and they was doing they best to get me early check in and my stay was 10/10 and the Delicious French breakfast you need to try it ❤️

Cockroaches in the room. No hot water. They didnt fix it, i had to ask for 3 times. Horrible tratment by staff. Took my credit card but did not let me charge the room. Asked for flowers from the concierge but it was leaking water when it came. Horrible condition. And the staff was careless and did not mind our discomfort. Kept saying its OK but did not fix anything. Noone spoke proper english.

We fully understand your frustration with the cockroach in the room, the lack of hot water, the lack of service from our staff and the language barrier. We are truly sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations and the quality which we are sure is usually much better. This time we have to admit that there were a number of shortcomings which do not encourage you to have the best memory of our establishment. Following the very below average February 2024 visit, I was greeted with efficiency. My room key was ready, and check in was easy. Thanks to gold status, I was up graded to a better room where the WIFI and hose water were working nicely.

Excellent service by front desk staff when checking in/out. Especially Stephie & Mauthy. Good meals at Le Brasserie. Room service was excellent. Conference facilities were excellent. Front desk staff helped with taxis. I would recommend Sofitel Abidjan to other friends and colleagues.
