It was a good stay since the hotel is situated at the bustling Viaduct Harbour. Got an upgrade to the next level room on request as Gold status which was nice. However, the room and the hotel in general was very tired and in desperate need of renovations. The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant which means that guests can’t use the Accor card for discount food which is a shame. There was no recognition gift whatsoever being Gold status. The welcome drink was a bottle of juice in the fridge?!

Our stay at the SEBEL Viaduct was very lovely and room was spacious and bed comfortable, location is great to get around Auckland CBD and the Wynyard Quarter with all the eateries and bars and nice to check out all of the boats moored there as well. Staff were very helpfull and cheerful . Great place to stay and in a great location.
