A mixed bag ... Hotel was slow to reply to my question re getting there from airport I didn't get the room I booked .. maybe the gave me a better one but who knows No welcome drink or loyalty points which is strange However room was a good size for ibis Breakfast was more than decent And staff were lovely Room was

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They got to recognize us coming and had non dairy milk ready for my coffee at breakfast. They even greeted us “bom dia” aka good morning in Portuguese as that is where we live. Nice touch to make people feel welcome!

My daughter loved the bunk bed. Close to métro and downtown madrid. Difficult to park the car but the parking was tight and good.
