Maria was our server, she was so helpful and sweet at all times. Great energy and a great worker to have as a part of your team! Everyone who helped us the night prior to prepare food was great even though we had a team of 20 people. The cooks kept bringing out food & served us politely.

We are at the hotel on a trip visiting friend and had an amazing service with Maria, she was very friendly and attentive during breakfast. She ensured that all the breakfast items were continually stocked and the breakfast bar was clean. Thank you again for the service Maria!

In overall I am satisfird with stay. My biggest complaint howevrr and dissapointment is that there is not even 1 English movie channel on TV among many channels available. I am staying in Ibis and Novotel often and there is nothing to watch, all channels are in Portugese. There are channels like HBO plus, Telecine Tremium, Telecine Action, AMC, Cine Canal, Space etc in English. Actualy many have movies in English and Portugese, or with Portugese subtitles. It would be enough if Hotels Management ask IT or Electrician for assistance. As representative of English speaking Guests I feel discriminated and unpreciated. Nobody think about our entertaiment. I kindly ask you to consider my voice and implement English movie channels. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Very old hotel. A piece of my air conditioner simply fell off during the night. The shower would release water everywhere! The pillows were terrible. Just not worth it at all
