Great location 1 min walk from Southwark Station . Reception staff super helpful and bar/dining area cool and clean. I had a double room 419 it was clean but extra attention needs to be paid to the amount of dust on the foor and the curved wall of the airport style loo/bathroom. Bed super comfortable only thing letting room down was damaged/worn wooden desk and could do with a lick a paint. Breakfast was fantastic.

This place we picked for one of our frequent trips to London was a pleasant discovery: friendly staff, clean rooms and good public transport services next to it are the main highlight! Rooms are basic and could be improved in the offered amenities but are very clean and well soundproofed. Southwark metro station is right down the street and there’s a bus stopping just in front of the entrance. Many cafès in the area guarantee a perfect way of starting the day!

Great location! Very romfortable room. Not very happy with the evening meal. We even had to pay extra for the sauce to go with our steaks! Such restrictions were not advised when we booked 'half board'. Also the menu choices were rather odd. Wine expensive for what it was. Would not recommend having an evening meal there.

The bed was rock solid. It was a hard base with only could be described as a thin mattress topper
