We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were sines to the reqard programme and had fun spinning the wheel game we thought it was a great initiative to engage specially with the children, we did not see that everywhere else, super friendly staff great service, pool is a bonus for the kids, we were able to store our bags we like to praise the reception team, we will be back surely.

My stay was great! Warm welcome from the reception team and the rest of the staff were lovely. Looking forward to returning soon next year. Big thank you to all the reception team! The swimming pool was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

I stayed at Novotel Blackfriars for 3 nights and and enjoyed the entire visit! I was immediately greeted with a room upgrade for being a Gold Member, and was delighted to stay in one of the executive rooms. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony view. The hotel staff was friendly and were very accomodating when I inquired about a possible late check-out in the middle of my stay. If i have one complaint, it is that the location of electric sockets could have been slightly better. The only socket available by the "desk" area was a EU socket, as the only UK socket was occupied by the phone. It would have been nice to have a socket there without sacrificing the phone, but it didn't have much of a significant impact at all. Overall I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.
