We are sorry that the service provided did not meet your expectations, so please accept our sincere apologies. Ibis hotels always want to provide the best quality of service during your stays; Therefore, your opinion is essential for us. We assure you that the necessary measures will be taken to improve the quality of the services you mentioned to us. Unfortunately, security is subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality and the work of Carabineros de Chile. However, we are working hard to improve our security systems and ensure a safer stay for our passengers. As a hotel our capabilities are within the hotel and we are working with tactical guards, but outside of this unfortunately it does not depend on us, in any case we are looking for solutions with the regional government to improve this aspect that is so relevant to us.
