However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the hot water and your experience with our front desk service. Regarding bed comfort, we like to believe we offer high-quality mattresses and offer additional mattress toppers upon request to ensure a restful sleep. Nevertheless, we understand that mattress preferences vary and appreciate your input. Regarding cleaning, we do offer a weekly cleaning service for longer stays, we are always ready to address any concerns immediately upon notification.
