Staff was friendly and helpful although a bit overwhelmed at times. The breakfast was below average.

Well located, comfy and clean. Great experience overall. The surroundings were felt a bit unsafe at times, smoking a cigarrette at midnight was another story every single time. I know it's not the aparthotel's fault, but too many crazy people at the entrance of the metro station nearby.
