Novotel is a good stay I’ve spent 2 days in October 2023 , 2 nights in February 2024 and 2 in May 2024 All of my visits front desk said I was signed in to your loyalty program this visit I asked about my loyalty program and front desk said I wasn’t signed in but I would get credit for May 3 -4 2024 I find this frustrating when I was told Oct 30,2024 that I was a member

It was my first visit and I truly enjoyed my stay here, front desk was kind and accommodating, (especially when I called them for extra cups and utensils for late night snacks after 1am) the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was a little pricey, but I enjoyed my stay and definitely would come to this hotel again!
