The hotels is nice and comfortable rooms. The dinner was disappointing at the hotel and the breakfast room was dirty and no tables cleaned. after talking to the restaurant host i got the answer, you can clean the table by yourself and can find clean Vork and knife over there. While he was standing at the entrance and didn't move a finger. His poor co-worker was running alone to manage the things by herself. Not a very well experience for a Accor group hotel. Maybe the staff should go to Asia to get a proper training in guest hospitality.

I have been to Novotel several times now, this time I was not so satisfied. The channels on the TV falter enormously and you can't watch TV properly. I ordered a ceasar salad with no anchovies and no parmesan. I got a ceasar salad with parmesan. They took this back and changed it, now there was no egg on it. This was not tasty. I also think it is a great pity that fresh fruit juice is no longer offered at breakfast time

Nice rooms, crappy doors to the bathrooms. Hate the double bed sheets, prefer single person sheets/douvets. Breakfast was okay, but the scrambled eggs were very dry.
