I have been coming back and fore to Novotel San Isidro for around a year because of work. The first thing that struck me, was everybody was really friendly. From reception to security to cleaners to restaurant/bar staff. Everyone wants to say hello. *todos quieren saludar. They try to help me with my (poor) espańol. I always look forward to coming back.
