The rooms are clean but the facilities are filthy, smells horrible in the corridors, the gym is never clean or organized, too crowded and no ventilation at the restaurant for breakfast, the irons on the 11th floor are filthy and old, had to change rooms twice because of electrical issues

Guilherme was very nice and helped me a lot. I had a great time at the hotel Rafaga and Elisama were also very kind and helpful. I printed some stuff and everyone helped me with my needs. We recommend NOVOTEL JARAGUA to everyone!!! Great locations too
