First stay at Ibis Rotorua, Perfect location across from the lake and 2min walk from eat street with lots of different restaurants to choose from and the added bonus of using the Novotel’s pool next door. Wonderful staff & comfortable beds, look forward to staying again soon.

Stayed for 4 nights. Wasn't a huge F. of the drape showers, the bathroom got quite wet and had to use towels to bund the shower area. Seem to be not enough room service staffs, otherwise I enjoyed the stay.
