From the second we arrived we were treated with kindness and patience. We loved the staff, and the housekeeping did an incredible job each day. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located near the Hauptbahnhof as well as walking distance to many of the incredible sights in München.

Everything was fine except for construction noise which at times was unbearable

Nice hotel, terrible service

The service at the hotel was terrible. We arrived late one evening and had booked two rooms. They probably gave us the worst possible rooms you could find. Right across from the train tracks. We ordered room service, and the person who delivered refused to drop some of the food off in the other room. Then he basically just pushed the cart into our room and left. Got up the next morning to use the shower. Turned out the trash from the previous guest, including a used pantyliner was in there as a gift for us I guess. Will never stay there again.
