Hello Nice and convenient hotel. Very good parking options. I had 2 problems: 1. They are not answering the emails. I dont think lots of guests are sending emails. I believe replying emails is easier to spend time on the phone with guests. 2. Despite I talked with 2 person from the reception before coming on rollover bed for my doughter, they confirmed they will provide it. I sent email but no response. just phone talks, when we come to hotel the nice lady on the reception said this hotel has no rollover beds and she is alone and she has no option to help us. She was kind to provide us additional pillows. I have been staying at hotels for 20+ years and it was the first time i experience that a hotel has no rollover beds for children. I am sure IBIS will solve this :) Thank you. rollover bed :) You might provide some complimentary water to arriving guests

All good, great rooms, good people but one staff member. On this note I would like to say, that the gentleman who works at front desk, that goes under the name of Michael is a complete idiot. Has rude manners, talks to guests with a certain agressivity, and reflects badly on the rest of the staff. Sorry to say, but this man has no place within the service industry. Do yourself a favor, and loose that moron before he ends costing you repeat business. All set, except again that angry front desk michael guy. Nice hotel, but if Michael is still part of the front desk staff, I will not return to this hotel. Breakfast was very good. Nice bartender. Perfect except Michael who is a rude and negative person.

The pros, great little hotel. Good breakfast, the rooms are big enough, quiet and comfy. The staff is very nice, especialy Lara from the front desk and the house keeping manager is very pro. Cons, the aircon does not function. No matter what the temp selector is on, it blows warm air. I had to sleep with my window open, which was in the end very nice actualy. Now a big con and it regards one of the staff member. Sadly, Michael from the front desk is obviously in the wrong job. The hospitaloty industry is simply not for him. He is cold, arrogant and border line rude. Also makes up stories such as they don't have a microwave, and it is broken....i later hurd him say in german his colleague to tell me the microwave wasn't working...very cheeky. I asked his work mate about him, and they confirm this wasn't the first time they hurd people complaining about his poor attitude. I am in the service industry myself, and to be frank I would not hesitate one minute to offload from my team such negative personage. This man hurt the Acor image. Period. Without this guy I would have given a 5, but now it is a 4. Lara is top notch !! Perfect to go to lanxness arena. Good breakfast Good selection
