The room was much bigger than I expected for an Ibis. Great location right on Paulista Ave, walking distance to the shops. I felt very safe. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'm glad I decided to stay here.

Overall good stay, however with one very negative experience, which made it much less enjoyable than it could have been: one evening, another guest was given a key to my room and entered it unexpectedly, waking me up and giving me quite a scare. Hotel staff apologized upon my complaint, however no other compensation offered. This should absolutely not happen!

Great location in the heart of Paulista Avenue

Location, location, location. You will be right in Paulista Avenue, the heart of São Paulo with everything you need around you, stores, restaurants, cafes, malls, subway few steps away, transport and everything else. The buffet breakfast and lunch is very good with a lot of different options everyday. The 24 hours Bar at the Hotel is a plus, I had a great time meeting friends for an Happy Hour. The Hotel is very good, clean and affordable, the room as all Ibis hotels are small but very functional, you will have everything you need including a small fridge. Shower was excellent, pillows and mattress were very comfortable as well. Everything was very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed my two weeks stay there and I will definitely stay there again in my next visit to São Paulo.
