good stay; clean and neat hotel

This hotel is very well managed, very clean and neat. I have nose allergic but when I stayed here my allergic was gone :D unlike staying in other hotel in Novotel Little India, my nose kept running due to the sensitivity.... I also like the fresh orange vending machine on their fourth floor ; cheap and refreshing !! I can't wait for the mrt station opening in front of the hotel so is easier for tourist to go to the city :D Thanks !! Yen

The renovated lobby looks more inviting and also its restaurant. Check-in was quick, and my room was upgraded to the executive category. There were no changes to the room interior, but the TV was updated to an LED smart TV. I believe all the room will be refreshed gradually. I really looked forward to more new changes at Grand Mercure!
