Hotel needs renovation Employees not particularly nice, almost rude Cockroach walking among food during breakfast

Our team is typically known for their attentive and friendly service, and it is disappointing to note that this was not your experience. On the topic of renovations, we constantly strive to maintain and update our facilities; in fact, a minor guestroom touch up has been completed in 2023. We are also committed to ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and are addressing your observation with the utmost seriousness. Furthermore, we are taking steps to ensure that the quality and presentation of our food and beverages meet the high standards our guests expect from us. We are glad to highlight that our location near HKCEC and the convenience of nearby transport options are amongst our most positively reviewed features. Very professional, perfect location, good recognition of Platinum status Only small issue with no welcome drink because of safety reason I don’t use ALL app abroad.

We are also glad that our staff's friendliness and helpfulness made a positive impression during your brief visit. However, we regret to hear about the inconvenience caused by the standalone air conditioning units in your room. While we aim to ensure every aspect of our guest's comfort, we acknowledge that there may be room for improvement. As for the furnishings, we are currently updating our guestrooms in stages to provide a more contemporary feel while maintaining the Novotel standard of quality. Good Wanchai location but not much of a view. Hotel really starts to show its age. Good buffet breakfast and lounge. Not worth the price. I will be looking for a new favourite.
