I loved how you managed guest water, by having water founts on each floor, and carafes in each bed/meeting room, thus eliminating plastic bottle waste. The hotel in general was very clean and comfortable, shame about the restaurant! The restaurant was small, the staff unfriendly (particularly the male staff) and the servive very slow. My first night, we waited 40 minutes for our foid and my club sandwich was cold when it finalky arrived. Reception staff very nice.

Disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel, but well located

The lobby features a water dispenser, yet there are no glasses available unless you bring them from your own room, which is quite impractical. The rooms themselves lack complimentary water and minibars, and the TVs are outdated, without the ability to stream from personal devices. The breakfast was below average, with the unfortunate discovery of some rotten vegetables. After expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund due to these issues, I was informed that it was not possible since I had paid in advance. Additionally, the coffee was of such poor quality that it was undrinkable. While the staff is very friendly, many do not speak English, which became particularly problematic at the egg station where they could not understand simple orders despite having a detailed menu. The availability of certain foods like eggs and bananas varied day-to-day without a change in price, and basics like pancakes or avocado incurred additional charges. The bathroom lacked a head-level holder for the shower, adding to the overall sense of inadequate facilities. Comparatively, I have stayed at a 3-star hotel in Warsaw that was newer, with a better and healthier breakfast and more modern appliances, offering a much better value for money. Overall, the quality of this hotel was disappointing
