1. Hotel rooms are old and rundown. 2. No bathroom slippers 3. Charged extra room just for one extra infant 1.5 yr old, while no other hotel in UK did that. 4. No tissue box in room 5. Glass bathroom doors, seriously !! It's dangerous for small children. 6. Low staff issue. 7. I can go on and on. My first experience with Novotel chain was pathetic, thanks to your hotel.

We were a family of 5 (in two separate rooms) and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, a good choice of options for the breakfast buffet, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.

Hotel was lovely, reception welcoming with a bar/restaurant and small pool/sauna. Reception rang a few hours after check-in to make sure everything was ok. Short walk to the grass market and royal mile, ideal for touring the city.
