Stayed here for three nights. Check in was easy (i had already checked in throuh the Accor app). All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay one to remember! I had a room on the 1st floor. Big room with all that you need. Was a bit surprised by the tini UHT milk on offer but it was replenished every day. House keeping staff were really lovely too. Easy parking - Saturday night was a bit full so had to park further away but still easy enough. Room service was okay. I got the burger - easy to order and it came quick but unfortunetly it was cold, as were the chips. Luggage storage was great. $20 for parking each day was a bit steep - would have been nice to get this complimentary perhaps with an Accor membership? Easy check out. Would definately stay again
