We stay here at least one a year. This is the second time the lifts have been broken. This is very disappointing, you have Singapore and Thai airlines staff here, making it difficult to get to breakfast or the Gym. Two days before a letter of apology and the stair doors all locked apart for the basement. We stayed for four nights, only one lift available for the entry time, that’s not acceptable. So disappointing some staff doing a great job, but other really let things down. First night the bedroom was barely cleaned. Next day we complained and it was sorted. We booked for an extra bed it was placed in front of the wardrobe. Absolutely no thought about the functionally I shifted it. You use to offer coffee capsules in the rooms now it’s old school instant coffee. You will loose business.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely room and bathroom. King size bed very comfortable. Choice of pillows. Breakfast was included and was very good. The location is perfect for Sydney ICC.
