Wifi doesnt work in bedroom. Dispite complaints nothing changed Dryers didnt work properly clothes were moist after cycle was completed. Service did not include apartment cleaning even once , the apartment / kitchen was not cleaned dispite my extended stay of 60 days and left for me to take care off.

Dear N., Thank you for taking the time to tell us what went bad with your stay, it helps us improve the experience we are offering. Regarding the wifi you are right and we are working on it. Don't be shy on our dryers, you can put the highest temperature and extra dry is free if clothes are still wet. However what I did not understand is the house cleaning, why did you not tell us anything during these 60 days? Because yes of course it is included. Reception team is here to help you 24/7, you can talk with them anytime, they are here for you. Best regards Lucas
