I wanted to mention that Peter at the front desk provided great service at our check in. There was some confusion around payment that should have been organised by my organisation, Peter helped solve the issues and couldn't have been more polite and helpful.

No available parking onsite for a person with a disability. Ended up costing a fortune to park in a parking structure away from the hotel. Only staying for one night. No hot water for showers, when approached staff re this on check out they we very dismissive. No offered to make up for any of this. Extremely disappointed for a life long user of accor properties and family member of previous employees. Very very disappointed as this ruined the start of what was meant to be a wonderful family holiday.
