Our family stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were great and although it looks old from outside it is very nice. The 1st floor reception, bar and restaurant is great, we really enjoyed happy hour. Great wifi and TV for the kids. It will be even better when the construction at Darling Harbour is finished. We booked this hotel before Covid and they gave us credit which they didnt have too. They have been great at extending and changing dates for us, couldn't have asked much more.
