Pillows are hard but that is not the problem. Approximately 14 emails...and numerous ohjne calls, messed up reservations over and over again right uo until the day of check-in. Now I hot receipts for our stay which totalled about $500 but my credit card was charged close to $10000. Very unhappy with having to keep calling and trying to fix things over and over again.

I have stayed in the hotel previously and was satisfied. During this visit I had concerns with cleanliness. The floor of my room had not been vacuumed prior to my visit, it was covered with crumbs and debris. As well, the surfaces had not been wiped and were covered with debris and hair. The floor outside the elevator had a drink spilled on it, I reported this to the lobby staff on every day of my visit yet it was never cleaned, they repeatedly advised it would be reported to housekeeping. On previous visits the breakfast service was excellent, this visit it was less than exceptional. One morning, I was seated at breakfast at a table that had not been wiped and had no cutlery. Another, I had asked for assistance with hot water and the server forgot bringing the water as I was leaving. Paying $25.00 for a breakfast should offer the highest level of service. I did enjoy the taste of the food and the furniture/shower in my room. I like the modern nature of the hotel. Thank you.
