The front desk people were awesome. Jazz night was nice. The stay was pricey, but I guess all venues are in Beverly Hills. My room upgrade was very nice, however I could not sleep with all the noise outside.

Enjoyed the convenience of texting with concierge when something was needed. Really enjoyed the water fountains and complimentary reusable water bottles. Thought parking was too expensive per day. Overall nice clean room and friendly staff.
