The hotel is well located and has lovely staff. The food is very good and rooms are of a decent size. However the bathrooms and pools are a little tired. Also access to the underground car park is not ideal. Firstly my wife is disabled and had to navigate some quite steep stairs before being able to use the elevators. Secondly in the lobby only 2 of the 4 elevators lead to the carpark and these are not signed in any way.

easy check-in and check-out. but they failed to register my vehicle in their system and i had trouble getting in and out of the carpark. it was fixed when i was about to check out.

There was no bar fridge and no complimentary water. When we called we were told to drink out of the tap. Room service, well no tea upgrades other than lots of camomile tea . Who drinks that? Bed pull up, another story . The maid just pulled up the top cover over a sheet that was scrunched up underneath. What a shock. No tissue top up when we ran out. Breakfast, well no omelettes anymore?? Omg. We have been coming to this place for many years and so so disappointed. Your staff are complaining about the conditions and management decisions.
