This experience spoiled my birthday surprise & stay Not a Pullman standard that I am familiar with . We requested sea view we got wall view We requested birthday amenities to be ready in the room - missing I need to go around the floor with FO girl to « choose my room » seriously - waste of time Need to remind 4 times about the « birthday amenities « when we finally got - was kind of joke - 6 pcs of macaron , broken , in a plastic bag type cheap cheap not even sure was food grade , a ribbon not even done properly / no lotion n the room / no plate / nothing.. like a airbnb type 😨- setup of devices like in student university room - cable all over - 1 Unic plug for 3 devices - no multi plunge - will be convenient and smart to have and when I have asked for a cable to charge my iPhone - they told me NOT ENOUGH SORRY 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Let’s don’t talk about service and drink quality of SKY - from the unpleasant hostess team to undrinkable cocktail and arrogant service team - It’s my third complain about this stay seems no one cares !

Been to Hongkong so many times and stayed in different hotels each time, but it was different this time, staying in Parklane Hotel made our trip more memorable, the location was very accessible, our room was always clean, WIFI connection was GREAT 😀 and ofcourse the staff, everyone was friendly. Specially Florence who was so efficient, quick and friendly that made us feel comfortable, she even recommended places to eat and helped us make our reservations with serveral restos! Will definitely stay in Parklane once we go back! Thank you

Good stay at The Parklane Hotel, Hong Kong. Staff service were good and I was upgraded to a premium deluxr room as I was an ALL Gold member. The location is very convenient and walking distance from Causeway Bay MTR Station with plenty of shops and shopping centres nearby. The bed and pillows are comfrtable.
