This Rewards points bonus is offered in addition to the Rewards points and Status points that are usually earned by the Le Club AccorHotels member on completing an eligible stay in accordance with the Le Club AccorHotels general conditions of use. In order to benefit from this bonus, the member must have activated Asia Miles as their preferred automatic conversion option ahead of the stay. 4. The stay must be for a minimum of 1 night.

8. You must provide your Le Club AccorHotels membership card number when making your booking, and present your card at the hotel reception desk when checking in for your stay.

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
ACCOR, a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of France, having its registered office at 82, rue Henri Farman, CS 20077 92445 Issy-Les-Moulineaux - France, registered with the Nanterre Registry of Commerce and Companies under number B 602 036 444 (hereafter the ""Promoter"")
Has organised a draw associated with the ""We Run The World” offer, entitled ""We Run The World”, between 13/08/2019 and 13/10/2019.
The days and times referred to in these rules are those for the Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris time zone (UTC +01 :00). This will be the only applicable time zone for the purposes of this Draw.
 
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This Operation is open to members of the Le Club AccorHotels and Asia Miles loyalty programs regardless of their countries of residence, who are 18 years old and older on the date of entry in the Operation, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Promoter, its subcontractors, as well as their advisers and as well as members of their families and in general of any company or natural person involved, directly or indirectly, in the creation or conduct of the Draw.
Only one entry in the Draw per household (same name, same postal address) will be allowed.
Entry in the Draw is subject to:
1. Membership of the Le Club AccorHotels and Asia Miles loyalty programmes,
2. Being 18 years old and older on the date of entry in the Draw,
3. A reservation and stay that gave entitlement to additional bonus Rewards points converted into Asia Miles through the "We Run The World” offer.
 
ARTICLE 3 – DETAILS OF THE DRAW
The Draw will end on 20/11/2019 by a legal officer who will make the draw of the winning entrant from among the qualifying entrants.
 
ARTICLE 4 – DRAWING THE WINNER
A draw will be made at the end of the offer's period under the supervision of SCP SIMONIN - LE MAREC - GUERRIER, Judicial Officers, with whom the regulations have been deposited, to identify the winner from among the qualifying entrants.
The winner will be notified by the Promoter of the result and the prize won by email, sent to the address stated in their registration with the Le Club AccorHotels program. Those who have not won will not be contacted.
The winner will be contacted by email and the Rewards points won will be credited to the member’s account approximately 10 days after the end date of the draw.
The winner authorise all necessary checks on his identity, his domicile or age. Any false information concerning identity, domicile, email address or age will result in the automatic exclusion of the person from the draw.
The winner also authorise the Promoter or its subsidiaries to use his name, first names and date of winning for the purposes of publicity, without this entitling the winner to any remuneration or compensation of any sort other than the prize.
 
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
There will be two (2) winners in the Draw.
The winner of this draw will win respectively:
PRIZE 1: 2 nights at Raffles Shenzhen included Breakfast and Spa for 2
PRIZE 2: 2 nights at Novotel Hong Kong Century included Breakfast and Dinner Set for 2
The prize is not transferable and has no monetary value if unused.
The awarded prize cannot be returned or exchanged against a monetary value or any sort of gift. The Promoter however reserves the right to substitute for the prize a prize of at least an equivalent value.
 
ARTICLE 6 – RULES
The prize draw is governed by these rules. They are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Entry in the Prize Draw implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, as well as of all provisions and ethical rules on the Internet.
The full rules of the Prize Draw have been deposited with SCP SIMONIN - LE MAREC - GUERRIER, Judicial Officers, 54 rue Taitbout 75009 PARIS which has been given responsibility for supervising the conduct of the draw.
The rules can be viewed free of charge on-line at the website for the Draw (https://www.accorhotels .com/leclub/weruntheworld/asiamiles/index.en.shtml).

Any entrant can obtain on request reimbursement of the connection costs incurred in taking part in the Draw.
The request for reimbursement must be sent by post at the latest 30 calendar days after the closing date of the Draw, postmarked as evidence, to the following address:

The reimbursement will be by bank transfer credited to the account of the entrant provided that the following are clearly stated in the letter, names, first names, full address (street and number on the street, post code, town and country) and included in the letter are a photocopy of the identity card, bank details and in addition, a copy or copies of the phone bill showing the date(s) and time(s) of entry. It is agreed that entrants who have not paid any additional cost of connection or communication as a result of their entry in the Draw (subscribers to fixed contracts, cable users, etc.) will not be able to obtain any reimbursement.
Incomplete request or those that fail to comply with the provisions in this Article will not be accepted.
Any reimbursement is under all circumstances limited to one per household (same family name, same postal address).
 
ARTICLE 7 - CHANGES TO THE RULES
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or simply cancel this Draw in the event of an Act of God or force majeure occurrence.
 
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY
The Promoter will not accept any liability for any damage, of whatever nature, that may involve all or part of the computer used by the entrant during the registration to enter the Draw. Any amendment will be subject to an addendum deposited at SCP SIMONIN - LE MAREC – GUERRIER, Huissiers de Justice, 54 rue Taitbout, 75009 PARIS and to an information edited on-line at the website for the Draw (https://www.accorhotels .com/leclub/weruntheworld/asiamiles/index.en.shtml).
As entry in the Draw is dependent on connections through the Internet, the Promoter will not accept any liability in the event of the malfunctioning of the Internet, any bug or virus, or the actions of any unauthorised third party preventing the correct operation of the Draw.
The Promoter will not accept any liability if, with a force majeure occurrence or event beyond its control, this draw has to be cancelled, postponed, shortened or changed.
The forwarding of the prizes, although carried out in the best interests of the winner, is subject to the risks and perils of the recipients. Therefore, the Promoter cannot be held liable if, for reasons outside its control, letters sent to the entrants and/or winner are lost, delayed or removed from their routing towards the stated postal address.
 
ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTES
Any deception or attempted deception with regard to this Draw by an entrant will result in the disqualification of that person.
Any dispute relating to this Draw must be submitted in writing, within a maximum of twenty (20) days as of the closing date for the Draw.
The Promoter will be the final arbiter for any matters relating to the application of these rules or any matters not covered by them.
Any litigation will be submitted before the competent courts of France.
 
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic copyright, the reproduction and performance of all or part of the elements contained in the Draw are strictly prohibited. The brands referred to are registered brands, registered by their respective owners.
All brands, logos and other distinctive artwork reproduced on the site used for the Draw, as well as on those sites to which it enables access through hypertext links, are or could be the exclusive property of the holders of these and are or could be protected.
Any unauthorised reproduction of these brands, logos and artworks constitutes or could constitute an infringement of copyright and punishable by law.
All the software used on the sites dedicated to the Draw and those to which it enables access, as well as the wording, comments, illustrations or images reproduced on the site and on those to which it enables access are or could be subject to copyright protection and any unauthorised reproduction of these constitutes or could constitute an infringement of copyright and punishable by law.
 
ARTICLE 11 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal information regarding the Member collected at the time of subscription or during his/her membership in the Programme is processed by Accor SA, as data controller (with a registered office at 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France), for the purposes corresponding to the execution of the programme terms and conditions and, based on legitimate interest, for marketing activities (including targeted marketing campaigns). The information is disclosed to AccorHotels Group legal entities, in particular PRO-FID SAS being in charge of operating the program, and their service providers. The data may also be disclosed to the programme contracting partners (hotels, airlines and other partners) in order for the member to take full advantage of these partners’ offers. Data is protected as specified in the Accor Personal Data Protection Charter . The data may be transferred to countries which might not ensure an adequate level of protection. Therefore, appropriate and suitable safeguards are provided and you can request to obtain a copy. Data concerning Members may indeed be transmitted to recipients located in countries outside of the European Union. These include: - Partner loyalty programmes and airlines that Members choose for Rewards Points or air miles transfer purposes and claim management. The list of Partners and companies is available in the Le Club AccorHotels section on AccorHotels.com. Members must expressly agree to each transfer of data, which is required for processing Rewards Points or transferring miles; - Entities and hotels within the AccorHotels Group, since transfer is required for the execution of the contract between the Member and the data processor; - External service providers with call centres that handle claims within their scope of activity, where data transmission is governed by cross-border flow agreements.
- External service providers such as legal officer to proceed to the draw of the winning entrant. Accor SA also processes personal data, based on its legitimate interest, to detect and manage anomalies, notably fraud, which may occur when a Member joins the Programme or when earning or using Points. The data collected in this context is for authorised staff at Accor SA, its services providers and, if necessary, loyalty programme Partners and the manager of the hotel concerned by the anomaly. Members are informed by post of any anomalies related to them. By writing to data.privacy@accor.com, you have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and to issue instructions on how this data is to be treated after your death (hopefully as late as possible!). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
