As an Accor Platinum member, your experience is of paramount importance to us, and we deeply regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations, particularly in regards to the food and beverage service during your stay. First and foremost, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your continued loyalty to our property and for taking the time to highlight both the positive aspects of your stay and the areas where we can improve. We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel to be a special place for you to recharge, and we are pleased that you appreciated the recognition of your Platinum membership status, the early check-ins, and the personal touches such as handwritten notes and turn-down service. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed our spacious gym facilities and the proximity to the zoo, as well as our inviting bar area. However, we are truly sorry to learn of the disappointments you encountered with our food and beverage service. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously, and we have already initiated immediate actions to address the issues you raised. Regarding the bar service, we apologize for the lack of attentiveness from our bartending staff and the delay in serving water and snacks. We understand how important it is for our guests to feel cared for and attended to, regardless of the level of patronage. Rest assured, we will reinforce our service standards and provide additional training to our team to ensure that all guests receive the attentive and efficient service they deserve. Similarly, we apologize for the delays in serving drinks in the restaurant and the chaos experienced during breakfast service. It is unacceptable that orders were lost and incorrect beverages were delivered, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. We will thoroughly investigate these issues with our kitchen and service teams to prevent such occurrences in the future. We always try to find the most suitable room for each guest and therefore we have added your room preferences to your profile and are going to make sure that you receive a room with a different layout for your next stay. Regarding your comments about the housekeeping service i can assure you that we already discussed your feedback with our team and are taking action to prevent this from happening again. It is not our standard to enter any guest room without knocking and waiting for approval to enter the room. We are thankful for your feedback and appreciate the honesty.
