The best hotel I’ve ever stayed so far. The staffs were all attentive, kind, helpful, and full of smile which felt straight from their heart. So touching and heartwarming. We even had a great time at dinner buffet. All of the food selection were great and delicious. The lamb and everything were so yum. And the staffs were all so helpful. They even offered us some of their best menu from the buffet selections and told us to just wait in our seat while they served the food for us. Definitely will come back!

The moment you step into Fairmont, the massive hall embrace you, the ambiance, the way you are greeted tell you immediately that you enter into a world of total relaxation, you can lower your shoulders. You open the room, a breathtaking view of the Jakarta city skyline, with the park in front you give you associations to New York. The cigar bar, Barong, as a cigar smoker, this is the ultimate cigar experience, time for reflection, but also a c HD at with the staff that guides you the the drinks that matches your cigar. At that moment, you forget the world outside. The breakfast, The Fairmont breakfast is a culinary experience with everything you expect from a world class hotel. The staff, thanks to the extremely trained and smiling, supporting staff. You make Fairmont the last mile. Of course I will be back…many times

Room is of excellent quality and spacious. Fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Link to a shopping mall is another plus point. The lobby is also very spacious which makes it tranquil for chilling out or having a discussion. The Barong Bar has a nice speaks easy kind of environment.

Comfortable for stay... A security is very nice specialy name is alpian very good person..good facilties,best management,big space parking and a lobby is beutifiul...very recommeded for living hotel at jakarta..so i will recomended this hotel to my colleagues and my business partner...verry good

From start till end was amazing. All the staffs are very well trained and we have enjoyed a lot. Especially Gold lounge was great. Daily menu has different theme so we didnt get bord. Swimming pool also not cold so we enjoyed our swimming. Room was spacious and cozy. It was right next to the road but ver well noise cancelled. We will definately stay again.
