We had such a wonderful time visiting SLS Baha Beach Club! Deena and LaChea were amazing!!!! They honestly made this trip one of the best experiences by being so warm and welcoming. Deena really went above and beyond to help us reserve chairs and found us an amazing spot so that we could celebrate our friends birthday trip! So thankful I met her and she turned this trip into a 10/10!

We didn’t want to leave!

SLS Baja Mar was an INCREDIBLE experience. An absolutely gorgeous property with something to do for everyone. I slept like a queen! All staff were so kind, generous and helpful. Mike, at the front door, went above and beyond helping with our bags and getting transportation to the airport. He was so kind and funny! Will definitely be back on turtle time soon! Cheers

Jasmine was our server poolside and she was fantastic. She was attentive, with a great personality and sense of humor. She helped make our day great. Poolside further west is a great view and pretty secluded. Food and drink poolside is excellent as well.

The Baha Mar resort has the most amazing staff. The amazing service started from checking in straight to checking out. I wish we could have stayed longer but a week will just have to do for now. My experience at 25 degrees pool side beds have to be The best ever! A pool attendant named Theran was not assigned to me but made sure I had everything I needed. He did an exceptional job. He was indeed a pleasure to meet and I can’t wait to come back to see h again because I know he will ensure my stay is enjoyable.

Great 4 night get away. We will definitely return. We are in our 60s and really enjoyed the liveliness of the resort and seeing all the young families having such a great time. We especially enjoyed katsuya , carna and the chicken and Mexican food trucks . The portions are generous so we usually split something for lunch and just had Starbucks in the am. We had ice delivered for cocktails on our balcony. We brought duty free and our cab driver stopped at a grocery store. We had a fridge delivered to our room..no charge. The hotel staff all seemed happy and willing to help us. We enjoyed the casino and my husband had some luck at black jack. The slots seemed a bit tight but fun nevertheless. Our king ocean view room was comfortable and the sheets and bed were very nice. We enjoyed the lazy river and were happy lounging on the beach. Lots of chairs. Tried the daiquiri hut… delicious fresh mango daiquiri and really enjoyed the rum soaked pineapple. Bring extra cash for tipping … the staff seemed to really appreciate it and deserve it..they work hard. We plan on returning in November.
