So I’m not going to post a normal review of this hotel because I agree with everything all the other guests have posted with regards to the hotel’s location, facilities, convenience, etc. But my experience with SWISSÔTEL PIK was outstanding in such a special way it warrants a review by itself. I was traveling with a colleague from China and we were having customer visits in Jakarta, when one morning during the buffet breakfast, the staff brought out a slice of birthday cake and sang her a birthday song! It was her birthday that day and the hotel staff must have made a note of it during her check in! She was overwhelmed by the experience - to say the least! Being an Accor Gold member, I was proud to have recommended this hotel to her when we were picking our place to stay in Jakarta but at the same time I was slightly embarrassed as I didn’t know it was her birthday! She told me the hotel also left another cake in her room that night so she has gained some weight during the trip! A heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff that day for making this otherwise mundane business trip an unforgettable one for my colleague and I. I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels - from budget to luxurious but I’ve never experienced this level of personalisation before. Superb.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable with a spacious and quiet room, offering a fantastic pool view. The strategic location near a shopping center made finding food convenient. The overall cleanliness was commendable. staff members were welcoming and pleasant. Daniel provided us with excellent service and was very engaging and welcoming! A solid choice for a warm and comfortable stay with family.

Swissotel is an impressive hotel for both business and leisure. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. We were met by friendly concierge Daniel was friendly and attentive, willing to help and provide recommendations. Location is also convenient as it is closer to many of the city's famous landmarks and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Jakarta.

The Spa on 8th floor is so amazing. I have done my facial treatment and it was soooo good, felt like just reborn. Not only the face the therapist focus on but shoulders, head and arms as well. Recommended!! If you stay here! Price wise compared to other spa shop would be a bit pricy but you pay for experiences and its worth it.
