Mohammed was amazing, cleaned our room to perfection, went above and beyond. I cannot fault the housekeeping team. The mini bar was constantly stocked up with everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel, perfect holiday

Our previous stays in Rixos in Turkey have been fabulous and we were expecting the same. Sadly this was not the case. The good points - all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the receptionists, the bar staff, waiters, cleaners and especially the little bus drivers! Good selection of drinks and bars everywhere. Nightly and daily entertainment, with a team that seemed to enjoy it too. Plenty of pools to chose from or a well set up beach front including wind breakers for your place. A 1500m long pier with snorkeling at the end of you want to. Also a wonderful waterpark with plenty to do. Our suites were spacious but a little tired looking, would welcome an update. Beds were a bit hard but maybe that suits others? The food however was 3 star at best, and when you are eating 3 times a day, that's 3 times where you are disappointed. The main buffet had an ok selection but food was only ever just warm and lacked any real fresh flavours, even if I could see them cooking it. It had a processed flavour and not a great quality of meat flavour. We tried a number of the speciality restaurants but this was more of the same. Except for the Asian which was tasty and hot. Chefs were all friendly as were the waiting team but meal times became a bore and chore quickly. Perhaps we were spoilt at Rixos Belek but the Seagate team could learn a lot from them, especially the speciality restaurants. We would not return unfortunately.

Relax bar was wonderful. All coctails were amazing.kariem was helpful and the tast of coctile was very good And today we see to mush amzing dicortion gor coctile and karim he was so active with rollskate we will back evreday 2 see the amzinge service

Absolutely incredible place and the staff and food was 10/10 incredible. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sharm el Sheikh. A must visit and the plate smashing was the most fun ever. Best restaurant in Sharm el sheikh by far. Amazing drink options and food options. I highly enjoyed myself and will 100% be returning.
