This is the most fantastic hotel ever. From arriving to leaving everything you could wish for is delivered by the most wonderful staff and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants serve first class food and if want you want is not in the menu they will do their very best to source it for you. This is our 6th visit to our little taste of paradise and so looking forward to another 2 this year. That’s how much we love this hotel. A special mention to Haithem on Guest Relations who is always there for us and Mo Ali our bus driver both of whom we class as dear friends. We stayed in room 3036 which was beautiful and very well cleaned during our stay. Please don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel because you’ll have no regrets and will want to return time and time again. Thank you Rixos Sharm and see you all soon

What a fantastic hotel. We had an amazing trip end to end. This was our 2nd visit and wouldn't hesitate to book again in 2025. Service was very personal, professional and courteous. Food was consistently good with a large variety offered within the buffet and a la cartes. Room was always spotless, we stayed in block 22 and 18. Both were perfect in terms of size and position. Have to mention the Mohameds in turquoise, Samuel in the bar next to snack area, Mary at the Lobby bar, Armed Raga block 18, Abraham block 22 (upstairs), life guards and khalid at the relaxed pool and Rita in guest relations who helped us every day bringing our trip together. So many more also deserve credit but I don't have the names. Thanks Rixos Seagate for super brilliant holiday!

Text: the most amazing most beautiful holiday i have ever been on i attended rixos sharm el sheikh and wow they made it the best most relaxing time the staff are so friendly and helpful leaving you fully to relax taking you and your belongings to the room for you by the pool the staff come regularly ensuring you have a drink and they also come around with light refreshments the pool staff ensure you have a sun lounger and will get you one if there isn’t any you want there is multiple pools along with restraunts the evening entertainment is amazing with the same service from the staff delivering drinks to you they have djs on after the entertainment and i have to say dj soppy and djfela are absolutely amazing pure vibes i had an amazing time from the moment i arrived to the day i sadly left the room cleaners are also outstanding would recommend this so much

The best things about this hotel were 1) the staff, all very friendly and helpful - we arrived during Ramadan and despite a long working day and fasting, service never waivered, 2) food in all outlets was fantastic. Some minor things could have given this a 5* plus, firstly when we arrived welcome drinks were available for us to help ourselves but we were not actually invited or offered a drink. Secondly, the sister hotel - Seagate, which is offered two hotels for one, was not available to us because it was busy. We had double checked this because the house reef was of particular to my husband for snorkelling, so this was very very disappointing. Lastly our experience in the French restaurant when we did get to Seagate was disappointing in that the food was a first class dining experience, but not all the waiters were in the smart uniform of trousers, shirt and waistcoat, a family were allowed to sit in this restaurant but order asian food from another outlet and sit with their takeaway on the next table. Nevertheless, it was a great holiday and I thoroughly recommend this hotel to adult couples. We have already booked our next Rixos break in Croatia.

We vacationed in this hotel two weeks ago, and it turned out to be an unforgettable holiday. In all respects - service, food, cleanliness, territory, variety of activities, all at the highest level. Special thanks to the waiters Ahmed Adel, Hany A. Galil and Yehia Zakaria and guest relation Oleksandra. And also I want to note that the entire hotel staff is incredibly responsive, friendly and it feels like they really want to make the rest of the guests perfect. With great respect and gratitude, family from Ukraine.
