We come Novotel The square restaurant for dining, it was really best experience, the staff was so polite and humble... Special mention Shivendra, Shubham, Rishabh, Anubhav, Manager Surendra was doing best in service.... The dessert was extremely nice specially shahi tukda was so delicious.... We really enjoyed this dining at Novotel Lucknow..

Very average hotel.How can you call it 5 star.It can barely be rated 3 star. Reception staff is poor.I had to take a smoking room 415.Atleast later they should bother to call and offer non smoking room.They didnt bother.Hotels should ban smoking room. Rooms have no safe box. Laundry was not kept in room.When asked they said they cannot deliver laundry without guest in room.They dont trust their staff ? Is it that bad in the city.Breakfast was very budget hotel.Waiters not very helpful. In the whole very budget hotel.
