긴 항공시간으로 매우 피곤했는데 얼리체크인 해주셔서 편히 쉬었다가 여행을 시작할수있어서 매우 흡족합니다. 또 위치도 좋아 어디든 교통망이 편해 좀 더 편한 여행이 되었네요.

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Loved the location in the heart of the CBD. Easy walk to restaurants, stores and tourist locations. Directly across the street from the State Theatre with many great shows. Ten minute walk to Darling Harbour and the best seafood restaurants.

위치가 좋아서 CBD 어디든 가기 편하고 직원들도 친절한 편입니다. 다만 룸 퀄리티는 별로입니다. 특히, 화장실 세면대 물이 잘 내려가지 않고 샤워기도 선이 없어 불편해요. 수건도 많이 주지 않고 침대도 너무 푹신해서 자고 일어나면 개운하지 않아요. 수영장과 탈의실도 관리가 잘되고 있는 모습은 아닙니다. 호텔의 퀄리티를 중요하게 생각한다면 소피텔이나 다른 호텔을 가는 게 좋은 것 같고 위치만 보신다면 추천합니다.

Dirty Toilet and No Towels

We arrived late in the evening, after flying into Sydney, the check-in process was fairly quick. On entering our room, we noticed that the toilet was visibly dirty on the outside, and we didn't have any towels or face clothes in the bathroom. I gave the toilet a quick clean and then went down to the front desk to get the linens sorted, we received towels, but apparently there was only one face washer in the whole hotel available . . . begs the question what else in the room was dirty / not cleaned properly. Not exactly what I would expect from a 5-star hotel in an executive room at $450+ a night!
