Everyone is so kind in the hotel and the restaurant. We really are enjoying our Time here! We were received by Babi at the reception and by Thiago in the restaurant but everybody was perfect! The room and the hotel is very cocoon and decorated with taste.

My husband and I highly recommend staying here! The staff are friendly and very attentive to the guests and the property is as you see it in the photos…spectacular! The staff at the front desk anticipate your questions and are quick to offer assistance whether it’s booking a taxi, making a dinner reservation, mapping out your site-seeing options for the day, offering suggestions for gifts to bring home…..and the list goes on. Truly incredible service by all staff with a special call out to Guillermo. This place is a beautiful retreat to come to at the end of a busy day in Rio.

Santa Teresa Hotel is a gem nestled in the hills of RJ. After a few days staying downtown by the beach, this sanctuary was the perfect place to rest compared to the hustle and bustle of Copacabana and Ipanema. The breakfast was delicious, the beds so comfortable and the pool and views spectacular. A special shout-out to all the staff who made our stay extra special: Guillermo, Arold, Pedro, Ciceiro thank you!

First time in Rio and had no expectations. We decided to book this hotel to not stay in the busy beach area. We found paradise. Hotel, accommodations, food, ambiance, service exceptional. We are very picky and have traveled plenty so very difficult to be impressed. Blown away with Santa Teresa hotel. Aroldo our waiter for breakfast was amazing as well as all front desk staff. Thank you for a memorable stay in Rio.

Tereze is a beautiful restaurant perched on the hillside of Santa Teresa with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Wonderful meal, simple but refined French cooking and great service, thank you Thiago! Really enjoyed the sourdough couvert and the decor
