I have enjoyed my dinner experience here, thanks to the wonderful staffs that took the time and effort to decorate the area that I was seated at with birthday decors. Special thanks to Rey, Ryan, Louise and Char for being such great service staffs. They were attentive and always asking us whether how is everything making sure that we have a good time here. Keep up the service attitude! Good job well done!

I was having coffee at the 1864 Cafe at Sofitel Guocco Tower. The mocha drink was tastefully made by John, one of the best I ever drank. I was very well served by Wenz, in fact I felt much like a VIP. He provided extra cookies to go with my mocha, got me some chips and served me warm water after my coffee. I am absolutely pleased with the service and would definitely returned to have my tea here Again. Kudos to the team!! Keep up with your excellent services 👍

The hotel was amazing, well located and connected, the facilities are well maintained, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was lush and well organized but the real strength of the hotel is its STAFF!!! We were exceptionally well welcomed by the concierge team and after that we had the best experience with the lounge staff. Irene and Hadi are such a brilliant team and made our stay unforgettable! On top of being welcoming and professional, they were pro active, helpful, kind with an element of fun! Hadi was full of great recommendations. We really only have positive things to say and I only wish they will still be around when we come back! Amazing experience thank you !

Louis, Wenz & Benson were the employees who greeted and served us. The lobby and Bar 1864 is lovely, the ambience & atmosphere is wonderful, and I had a terrific day meeting up with my friends in Bar 1864. I loved my Mocha, which was a really good cup of coffee. My friends ordered flat whites and americanos. The mango passion croissant is delicious, lovely, and incredibly soft. When serving our table, Louis and Wenz were very cordial and asked how the food was doing as well as if we needed to order anything additional. All in all, I look forward to my next dining experience in Bar 1864 and/or Racines.

Wonderful hotel, not just the hardware and the top location but especially the staff. Everyone has a friendly smile and is full of kindness, the elder lady with very short hair at the breakfast is the best example. Check out their nice pool and lawn and breakfast buffet is a tasty must.
