Nice clean hotel. It's on a slope so not suitable for elderly people or wheelchair access. However, the staff were helpful. Specially the welcoming staff as the entrance. I dont k ow the name of the person at the entrance but he was very helpful and friendly. The chef for breakfast GULBER and CEVDT made us nice falafel roll. We got an upgrade while checking in. It's a 2 storey suite, very spacious layout. What was not unpleasant was the room service who threw away the box of hair dryer. They should not throw away stuff which is not trash. Also our salt packets and my water bottle was gone. And we did not even put the sign to clean my room but they still came in and cleaned and threw away our stuff (not trash). And I called room service and reception around 5 times to bring me 1 cup to make tea since they even did not keep our cups back in the room. And I never got the cup even after so many times calling them. Overall, Hotel is good. Room service not good

직원들은 매우 친절했으나, 방에서 소음이 심했습니다. 슈페리어도 아닌 디럭스 룸을 예약했는데 이런 소음이 나는것은 상상도 못했습니다. 첫날부터 소음이 심했으면 바꿨을텐데, 둘째날부터 갑작스런 소음이 하루종일 계속되어, 매우 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

I’ve visited different cities of Turkey four times before and the result was not having a good image of Hotels in this country mostly because of their lack of commitment. This hotel, however, changed my mindset by being professionally arranged and planned for every single item related to hosting. Firstly, the clerks were mostly friendly and respectful from the receptionists to waiters. A very kind receptionist, named Fateme, made a very perfect first impression. Then, the type of room which was an 80 m2 duplex was completely matched to what we needed as a three-member family with a little baby. However the view was not that much interesting, the room was clean, spacious, well-designed. Next, the restaurant was a small one at the basement with a good view to the yard. It was decorated good. The food quality was excellent, however, there was not enough variety. There was a very friendly staff in there whose name was Mohammetali. He made the atmosphere very pleasant for us. The chef, Snobar, was very polite and professional. In the end, there were some shortcomings which can be summarized into two items. The pool is a very regular one where only the kids may enjoy if the water temperature is fine! The hotel location is a little bit challenging specially for people with babies. It’s about 10 minutes away from Taksim into a sloped alley where you may have some difficulties pushing a stroller.

Great staff, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Pool and sauna were great, open 10-10. Didn’t eat in the restaurant. We were in block B lower ground and disappointed with frosted windows so couldn’t see outside, which made us not want to spend much time in the hotel. Beds were great, nice bathroom and toiletries, slippers etc and room was spacious but dark..Recommend asking for a room on higher floor. Air con kept cutting out, housekeeping not great. Taksim metro 10 minute walk.

Overall an okay experience.

The rooms were spacious and bright but not maintained and a bit dirty. The pool was closed for the first 2 days of our stay. However Suzan Muhammed Ali was very helpful. Suzan helped us in the restaurant at breakfast as we were vegetarian and she cooked us something every day. Thank you Suzan for the wonderful food.
