Decent room size. The front desk very heplful. Dinner at tbe 8th floor restaurant was good, with nice city view. The food was good and on time. Big thanks to Elena and Ilona from the Restaurant. Very professional, warm, and kind service. . Cheers!

The choice for this hotel was the location. Very good stay all in all, although the ventilation system was a bit noisy in the room (realised it only too late and wasn't worth changing room for such a short stay). The staff is very professional and competent. The breakfast is really great and worth. At Accor standard. Will choose again if possible

Very friendly staff, clean hotel rooms and great location with NS Trains, and GVB Trams, buses etc. Breakfast was ok but seemed expensive at 29 Euros each for a standard buffet, you can eat out for half this. Also I would have given 'Excellent' rating if only one member of staff could tell me how to find the 'Venue Code' which their app wanted, before I could earn reward points on restaurant & bar spend. Overall though, I would stay again

The hotel was nice, with one crucial exception, there were bedbugs in our room. We only stayed for 2 nights, and it was in the evening after e got home we started itching all over and having huge marks so we did not say anything while at the hotel. I have contacted them afterwards, but only getting replies saying that they havent had any issues in the room we had.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. Thank you very much for choosing this hotel for your stay in Amsterdam. It is very unfortunate that you have found bed bugs in your room, this is obviously not what you want to encounter when you stay in a hotel. I understand this is a very unpleasant experience and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. How bed bugs end up in hotel rooms is always the question, and hoteliers try to always prevent this. Unfortunately, we are talking about a force majeure situation, and I would like to inform you that bed bugs have nothing to do with the cleanliness of the room or that the fact that the room cleaning procedures have not been followed. Fortunately, this rarely happens. And the hotel has a procedure in place to deal with these kinds of situations. The extermination company will be in the hotel the day of reporting to treat your room and surrounding rooms. Also, the bed linen is transported in special bags to the linen company where it will be washed separately at extra high temperatures. This way we ensure that the room is made free of bugs, and they cannot spread. All 177 hotel rooms are also checked twice a year to prevent bed bugs. But as you unfortunately experienced, there is always a small chance it can still occur. I take your complaint seriously and I want to personally apologize for the experience you had. Amazingly comfortable pillows , so soft & bed, slept great, good quality food for breakfast , the waffles are to die for 😊. So much to choose from & all fresh , breakfast with a Lovely view , definitely stay here again as close to train station .
