예약후 카드로 먼저 결제하였는데 결제카드에 문제가 생겼다면서 다른카드로 결제를 요구하여서 결제하였으나. 선결제된 금액이 오늘 현재 까지 취소되지 않음 더하여 기차시간 때문에 한시간 레이트체크아웃을 요구하여 컨펌했으나 체크아웃 당일 30분 밖에 되지 않는다고 말을 바꿈 담당자마다 말이 달라 난감했음

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I regret to learn that amount blocked (pre-authorized) on your card has not yet been returned to your account/card. However, please rest assured that pre-authorized amount was released by the hotel representative on the 3rd of June, when you were checking-in and informed our front office agent that you preferred to pay with another card. I have sent you via email pay slips, confirming transaction of releasing the blocked (pre-authorized) amount by the hotel. Mr Jh i., please note that usual procedure of accruing of the pre-authorizes amount may take 14-30 days depending on the conditions of your bank. I suggest you to contact your bank representative in order to get more details on the transaction and you can use pay slips provided to you to help speed up the process. Mr Jh i., I am also sorry that you were not able to use the late check-out service on the date of your departure. Early check-in and late check-out are non-guaranteed additionally charged services that are provided upon availability. Unfortunately, my team could not offer you free late check-out service on the day of your departure, as our hotel was fully booked. Furthermore, I am sorry that you did not feel the staff had the appropriate attitude and you can be assured that General Manager has relayed your feedback to the staff. Customer Service is of paramount importance to us and we were deeply disappointed that, in this instance, you did not feel welcome. I would like to assure you that the front office team will be retrained.
